Dave Wells, Professional Masterchef finalist 2020, designs our menus and heads up the kitchen team.
His team will go through a stringent interview process to ensure they too have the skills, experience and passion to deliver the level of standards we strive to meet.
Michele Perkins
Co-Founder & Head of FOH
Michele heads up the front of house team.
The team are focused on delivering timely great service, at the highest level from start to finish.
Kitchen Team
Chefs we currently work with are classically trained with the ability to diversify their skills to cater for numerous styles of cuisine be it a small intimate gathering, or a full scale large event.
Front of House Team
The team has many years of experience within the event and hospitality industry across a variety of venues and occasions, including fine dining and large corporate event catering.
